LEGAL DISCLAIMER, INDEMNIFICATION, AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This Legal Disclaimer and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all products, tools, documents, coaching sessions, and digital content ("Licensed Materials") purchased from or provided by RealDealTools.com and/or Belltown Web Design (collectively, the "Providers"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, interacting with, or otherwise using the Licensed Materials, you ("End User") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Informational Use Only

The Licensed Materials are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes. They are not intended to provide and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for determining the applicability of any content to your situation and are strongly encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals. 

2. No Legal or Financial Advice

The Providers are not licensed attorneys, financial advisors, real estate agents, or securities brokers. Nothing in the Licensed Materials constitutes legal advice, financial guidance, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Accessing or using the Licensed Materials does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or advisor-client relationship between the End User and the Providers. You acknowledge that any actions taken based on the Licensed Materials are done at your own discretion and risk. You should consult licensed professionals before relying on any information presented in the Licensed Materials.

3. Use of Contracts and Templates

Sample contracts and forms included in the Licensed Materials are generic examples and not customized for your transaction or jurisdiction and there is no guarantee that they are valid or enforceable in your location or in the locations shown in the examples. Consult with a licensed attorney before using any such documents in actual business or real estate dealings.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Past results, case studies, and testimonials are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results. Success in real estate or business depends on numerous factors, including your skill, diligence, location, market conditions, and other variables.

5. End User License Grant

Upon valid purchase or grant of access, the End User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Materials for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly share the Licensed Materials without prior written consent from the Providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are the intellectual property of the Providers or their licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Licensed Materials is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright laws, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by the law.

7. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealDealTools.com, Belltown Web Design, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use, misuse, or unauthorized distribution of the Licensed Materials.

8. Use of Calculators and Estimation Tools

The Providers offer calculators and tools designed to estimate property repair costs, estimate maximum allowable offers to property sellers, and project potential profits. These outputs are based on user inputs, market assumptions, and standardized formulas, and are provided for estimation purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, applicable, or suitable for any specific property or transaction.

By using these tools, you acknowledge that real estate valuations, repair costs, and market conditions vary significantly and may result in discrepancies between projected and actual outcomes. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including consulting qualified contractors, appraisers, inspectors, or advisors as appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealDealTools.com, Belltown Web Design, and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, or damages (including attorneys' fees) that may arise from your reliance on any calculations or estimates generated by these tools.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Licensed Materials, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use the Licensed Materials.
