We know that shipping options are very important to our customers. Getting your purchase to you quickly is a vital part of our customer service. At Realdealtools.com we offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

• $5.97 for any order less than $199 weighing 2 pounds or less
• $7.97 for any order less than $199 weighing greater than 2 pounds
• FREE shipping for any order over $199

The bottom line is this, if you reside within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Box Address), you will not pay above $7.97 for shipping. Real Deal Tools Inc., utilizes many differnt carriers when shipping including USPS, FedEx and UPS. In general, you can use this Map to determine the time it will take to get your package.

This map details your estimated Flate-Rate standard groud transit time. UPS, FedEx, and USPS may be used for this service.

Times do NOT include any order processing time. Our standard processing time is 24 hours or less. We try to get any order placed by 12:00 P.M. EST processed and shipped that same day.

Need it quicker than what our Flat-Rate shipping can provide? Real Deal Tools Inc. offers you other shipping options to meet your needs. If you reside within the United States, Real Deal Tools Inc. may offer the following shipping options. UPS Next day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select.

Please note: The above map and expedite shipping details refer to Business Days which are Monday through Friday. Typically, Real Deal Tools Inc. does not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. For expedited services (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), your order must arrive before 12 P.M. EST for us to ship that same day. For example, a next day air package will arrive on Monday if you order by 12 P.M. EST on Friday.

What Does it Cost for Shipping?:
There are two ways of calculate your shipping charge. The are either item specific or order total shipping costs.

To get the item specific shipping charges, just click on the Calculate Shipping Cost text next to the product weight and little truck graphic and you will have a pop window show up where you input your country and zip code. From there it will calculate your shipping for quantity one (1) of that item.

Real Deal Tools Inc. now ships to these selected countries; Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. Real Deal Tools Inc. does NOT assess international taxes, duties or tariffs on orders shipped outside of the United States. Customers residing outside the United States agree to calculate and pay any and all local taxes or tariffs incurred on items shipped to their country. In addition, customers residing outside the United States agree to pay all shipping, taxes and tariffs when returning or exchanging an item. You agree only to use and/or order from our site if doing so is legal within your country or territory.

Return Policy:
Real Deal Tools Inc. provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products sold. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at 717.395.3936 and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be post-marked, within 30-Days from the date received and in re-sell NEW condition to avoid a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping charges accrued are none refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• You MUST call customer service at 717.395.3936, for an RMA number.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package.
• You must include all packaging materials, including instruction manuals, warranty registration cards, etc. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged and registration cards are to be unmarked.
• We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number. You must pay any return shipping expense. Again, if the return is due to our error, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

International Return Policy:
International orders are governed by our Standard Return Policy with the following amendments. International Customers bear full responsibility for insuring return merchandise along with any shipping, duty and tax charges. Merchandise must arrive at our warehouse within 20-days of initiating a return. Manufacture warranties sometimes vary in countries other than the United States, please contact the Respective Manufacture to find out whether coverage varies in your country.

Restocking Fees:
In order to keep our prices low, we have to charge a re-stocking fee in certain instances to re-coup the cost associated with returns. Fortunately, we do not issue a re-stocking fee on most returns. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed in the following situations:

• Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used, or damaged condition
• Orders "Refused" without authorization
• Returns that were shipped back after 30 days of the date received. (Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected).

Order Cancellations:
Because we strive to process and send orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel orders once they are shipped. Customers who do not wish to receive an order should call customer support at 717.395.3936.

Backorder Policy:
If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer’s order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 3-7 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. RDT will let you know if your order has been backordered.
